RETURN

1\ FLYWOO offers a (15) days return policy on all and new unopened equipment, starting from the date the product(s) was delivered to the customer.
Anything beyond (15) days of delivery will not be eligible for return.
*If the product(s) received has been opened, used or damaged, no return options will be offered.
*If the item is new/unpen/unuse , it can be sent back to the Flywoo factory , but a 15% of item value will be deducted as a handling fee (customs duties, taxes, customs clearance, and other costs incurred ).

2\ 30days Warranty: We offer 60days warranty for Flywoo Products . 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@flywoo.net If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a RMA number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. FLYWOO is not responsible for the package returned by the customers themselves.
