Warranty Policy

30-day Warranty: Flywoo offers a 30-day warranty for all Flywoo products. In the occurrence of a malfunction, FLYWOO will repair or replace the product with original or similar accessories.

15-day Return: Flywoo offers a (15) day return policy on all new unopened equipment starting from the date of delivery to the customer. Any product beyond (15) days of delivery will not be eligible for return. If the product received has been opened, used, or damaged, no return options will be offered. If the item is new/unopened/unused, it can be sent back to the Flywoo factory, but a 15% handling fee will be deducted from the total order amount.

Electronic Component Special Instructions: All flight controllers (FC), electronic speed controllers (ESC), and video transmitters (VTX) are covered in the event of a manufacturer defect. However, this policy does not cover user error, damage to components upon installation/dismantling, modifications, power surges, electrical fire, or water damage.

PNF/BNF/RTF Drones Warranty: Drones built and sold by Flywoo carry a 30-day Warranty Policy. In the event of a malfunction, Flywoo will repair or replace the product with original or similar accessories. Each claim should include all proof of the defect by means of photos or videos clearly showing the product defect. To make a claim, please create a ticket and send Flywoo photos or videos of your product, a detailed description of your issue, and a description of what you have already done to fix it.

Replacement Procedures and Responsibilities: Flywoo will examine the returned repair product(s) to identify the problem. If the problem qualifies for service under this policy, Flywoo will bear the cost to replace or repair the product(s) at no cost to the customer. For merchandise confirmed as genuinely defective (product design problem and quality issues), Flywoo will ship a replacement free of charge directly to the customer. The consumer will not be charged any fees for approved warranty service. Shipping fees to the Flywoo forwarder shall be covered by the customer.

Please note that it is highly recommended to inspect products upon receipt and identify and report any issues before attempting to fly, modify, construct or use the product. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, customs clearance, and other costs incurred when returning unwanted products to China. We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking. If customers purchase Flywoo products from authorized dealers, free replacement parts will be sent by the dealers, and Flywoo will add credit to their orders for the replacements.
