If you choose standard shipping and your delivery address is in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, South Korea, or Brazil, we kindly request that you provide certain information in your order due to import policies in your location. Please include the following information in your address, and we will process and send your goods as soon as possible.

Battery shipping
We can ship batteries to most countries. However, if we do not have a logistics channel available to ship to your location, we will send an email notifying you of the cancellation of your order.
Do I need to pay customs duties and VAT?
If you are located in Europe, you may be required to pay customs duties and VAT. However, we will reduce the declared value of your package to $10 USD to $20 USD to minimize any additional fees.
Shipping methods and charges
If your parcel includes batteries, it may take longer for the package to arrive in your country, typically 15-30 business days. If you require faster delivery, we recommend purchasing a quad (drone) and two batteries. The shipping cost is $10 USD, but if your order exceeds our weight limit, additional shipping costs may apply. We will notify you by email if this is the case.
Regarding Tariffs
As battery transportation requires a special route, all duties and taxes associated with shipping are the responsibility of the customer. However, we will do our best to declare lower values on the shipment to help reduce any tariffs.
